摘    要:以有机硫化物为硫化剂的器外预硫化技术是加氢催化剂预硫化技术的重要发展方向。介绍了有机多硫化物作为硫化剂的预硫化机理;探讨了有机多硫化物在器外预硫化过程中影响催化剂活性的因素,认为浸渍液中硫化剂含量、干燥温度、硫化温度及氢压是影响催化剂活性的主要因素。并对加氢催化剂器外预硫化技术的研究方向提出建议。

Abstract:Ex situ presulfurization using polysulfides as sulfurizing agent is the trend of presulfurization. Presulfur-ization mechanisms using organic polysulfide were discussed. The effects of process conditions on the activity of catalysts during ex situ presulfurization using organic polysulfide as presulfuring agent were examined. It is considered that the content of sulfurizing agent, drying temperature in impregnation, and sulfurization temperature and hydrogen pressure in sulfurization were main factors influencing activity of the catalyst. The future research in ex situ sulfurization was given.
