| 摘 要： | 包涵体是指细菌表达的蛋白在细胞内凝集，形成无活性的固体颗粒。对于从事生化研究的科研工作者而言，包涵体的纯化是一个十分重要和棘手的问题，结合笔者的实践经验，简述了包涵体的纯化中需要注意的问题。
