微创颅内血肿碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的护理研究

摘    要:目的探讨微创颅内血肿碎吸术治疗高血压脑出血的护理疗效,旨在降低高血压脑出血患者的病死率及致残率,提高患者生活质量。方法选择符合诊断标准的29例高血压脑出血患者,在精心护理下经CT引导对患者进行血肿定位,应用YL-1型微创针行血肿穿刺碎吸引流术。结果 29例患者痊愈14例,好转10例,无效3例,死亡2例,总有效率为82.8%。结论微创血肿碎吸术在治疗高血压脑出血中具有出血创伤小、成功率高、病死率低、病残率低、感染率低、住院时间短的特点,可在基层医院推广。

Abstract:Objective To explore minimally invasive intracranial hematoma aspiration in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and nursing care of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,lower the mortality and disability rate,improve the quality of life.Methods Choose to meet criteria for a diagnosis of 29 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,under careful nursing by CT guided on patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by hematoma positioning,application of YL-1type of minimally invasive hematoma puncture needle line broken and aspiration.Results In 29 patients,14 cases were cured,10 cases improved,3 cases ineffective,2 cases of death,the total efficiency of 82.8%.Conclusion stereotactic minimally invasive hematoma aspiration in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage is bleeding trauma,high success rate,death rate is low,low infection rate and disability rate,shorter hospitalization time characteristics can be popularized in basic level hospital.
