中药预防抗精神病药物所致高血糖的研究

目的　研究中药对抗精神病药物所致高血糖的作用。方法　将 110例男性精神病患者随机分为 2组 ,对照组 5 7例单服抗精神病药物 ,研究组 5 3例在服用抗精神病药物的同时加服中药滋阴汤。两组均于治疗前及治疗后 1,2个月测定空腹血糖 ,并行统计学处理。结果两组在治疗 1,2个月时血糖存在显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗结束时对照组中有 2例患者血糖值超过正常值的最高限。结论　中药能预防抗精神病药物所致的血糖增高。

Study of traditional Chinese medicine preventing high blood sugar caused by antipsychotics

Objective It is to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on high blood sugar caused by antipsychotics.Methods 110 male psychosis patients were randomly divided into two groups. 57 cases in control group were treated with antipsychotics only. 53 cases in research group were treated with antipsychotics and Ziyintang. The limosis blood sugar in both groups were measured and treated with statistics before treatment and at the first month and the second month after treatment.Results There was marked difference in the blood sugar of the two groups at the first month and the second month after treatment (P<0.05). There were two cases in control group whose blood sugar was higher than the top level.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can prevent the increase of blood sugar which caused by antipsychotics.
