On Enterprise Economic Growth and Intellectual Resources Development

This paper expounded the relationship between enterprise economic growth and intellectual resoures development, pointed out that the intellectual resources development of industry never can deviate from the adult higher education. In order to suit with the enterprise economic growth and intellctual resources development, the adult higher education must undergo structural adjustment and reform, in order to fully put to play the intellectual resources, which are conducive to the constant and speedy growth of enterprise productive force and economy.
