摘    要:目的分析研究HE染色在病理诊断中的应用效果。方法选取本院360例病理组织石蜡切片开展本次研究,标本纳入时间范围为2018年2月-2019年1月,通过数字表法对其进行平均分组,分别为对照组和研究组,各180例。予以对照组HE染色,结合对照组显露的不足对染色技术进行相应改进后再对研究组实施HE染色,比较两组染色诊断检出率。结果在胃肠肝胆、脂肪组织、子宫内膜以及骨制片的诊断检出率比较上,研究组相较于对照组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论在病理诊断中应用病理技术HE染色可为疾病治疗提供可靠的参考,具有较高的临床应用价值,实际操作中需结合切片特点的差异应用差别化的染色技术,最大限度的保证诊断准确性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of HE staining in pathological diagnosis. Methods 360 paraffin sections of pathological tissue in our hospital were selected for this study. The specimens were included in the period from February 2018 to January 2019. The specimens were divided into reference group(n =180) and study group(n =180) by digital table method. HE staining in the control group, according to the deficiencies of the control group, the staining technology was improved accordingly, and then HE staining was applied to the study group, and the staining diagnosis and detection rates of the two groups were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of gastrointestinal hepatobiliary, adipose tissue, endometrium and bone films was found. Compared with the control group, the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of pathological technique HE staining in pathological diagnosis can provide reliable reference for disease treatment and has high clinical application value. Differential staining technique should be applied in practical operation combined with the difference of section characteristics to ensure the accuracy of diagnosis to the greatest extent.
