轮胎外观图像采集系统的设计与实现

摘    要:在基于深度学习的轮胎外观缺陷检测研究中,需要用大量的轮胎外观图像样本进行训练。本文设计了一种轮胎外观图像采集系统。使用VisualStudio2015开发平台、CSharp编程语言和MySQL数据库进行软件开发,以海康威视DS-2CD3T86FWDV2-I3S型号摄像头和鑫威森LS-L060MD25W型号LED补光灯组成采集装置,通过UDP通讯控制采集装置对轮胎外观图像进行采集,使用多线程获取采集的轮胎外观图像并实时展示,通过MySQL数据库将轮胎基本信息保存到本地,方便实时查询。本设计可拓展应用于需要进行图像以及其他信息采集的相关领域。

Abstract:In the study of tire appearance defect detection based on deep learning, a large number of tire appearance image samples need to be used for training. This paper designs a tyre appearance image acquisition system. Using Visual Studio 2015 and MySQL database development platform, C Sharp programming language for software development, to the sea conway cd3 t86 fwdv2 DS-2-I3 S model camera and xin wei sen LS-L060 MD25 W model LED component as the fill light gathering device, by UDP communication control sampling device was carried out on the tire appearance image, using multi-threaded collection for the tire appearance of the image and real time display, through the MySQL database to save tyres basic information to the local, convenient real-time query. This design can be extended and applied to the relevant fields of image and other information acquisition.
