摘    要:本文针时典型的船舶板架结构,设计开发了专用的船舶结构焊接变形预测软件。为验证该软件预测的准确性,通过对一典型板架结构的实焊变形测量与软件预测结果进行对比,发现软件预测的变形趋势及量值与实测相吻合。开发的焊接变形预测软件,焊接模拟分析过程简单,易于操作,焊接变形预测准确。

Abstract:In this paper, the special software predicted ship structure welding deformation was designed and exploited through a typical ship board structure. In order to proved the ac- curacy of prediction software, prediction results was compared with the true measurement val- ues of welding deformation. And the result was shown that both the trend and deformation value of software were consistent with the true measure~ s. Through the simulation of welding deformation prediction software, it was convenient to operate software and analysis the process of welding. The result was accurate.
