| 摘 要： | 在研究了大型CFB锅炉及其一次风机特点的基础上,针对某厂自备电站CFB锅炉的需要,重点对其一次风机进行了方案设计、气动计算、材质研究、结构设计、强度与振动计算、间隙设计等一系列的研究、设计与计算,最后研制开发了一次风机样机,并在某厂自备电站成功投入了工业应用。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the research of the characteristics of the primary air blower and large CFB boiler,with respect to the requirement of CFB boiler in the power station in one factory,a series of research for scheme design,pneumatic calculation,material selection,structure design,calculation of strength and vibration and clearance design were carried out.The primary air blower has been finally developed and been put into application successfully in the power station. |
