层级护理模式对开展优质服务患者满意度的影响

目的:探讨层级护理模式对开展优质服务患者满意度的影响。方法:选择2010年10～12月的198例患者为对照组,采用以责任制为实现方式的整体护理模式;选择2011年1～3月的198例患者为实验组,采用层级护理模式。采用患者对护理工作满意度调查问卷,对患者满意度进行评价,比较实施层级护理模式前后患者满意度。结果:患者总体满意度实验组高于对照组(P<0.05),尤其在主动服务、关爱与沟通、健康教育方面满意度较高(P<0.05)。结论:层级护理模式在提高患者满意度方面具有优越性。

Impact of the stratified nursing model on the degree of patient's satisfaction in developing high quality nursing service project

Objective: To investigate the impact of the stratified nursing model on the degree of patient’s satisfaction in developing high quality nursing service project.Methods: 198 patients who were hospitalized from October to December 2010 were taken as the control group and the responsibility system was implemented in this group;other 198 patients hospitalized from January to March 2011 were taken as the experimental group and the stratified nursing model was applied in this group.The questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the degree of patient’s satisfaction with nursing care and the degree evaluated was compared before and after the implementation of the stratified nursing model.Results: The overall satisfaction of patients was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction was higher and especially at initiative service,concern and communication and health education(P<0.05).Conclusion: The stratified nursing model has the advantages in improving patient’s satisfaction.
