摘    要:我国煤炭资源非常丰富,但发展不平衡,有的地区生态环境脆弱,控制地下水位是生态脆弱煤矿区科学开采的核心。以控制地下水位为目标,以地质基础研究为基础,分区分类进行开发,对不同区划提出相应的保水开采方法,是生态脆弱矿区煤炭资源科学开采的新思路,为煤矿区保水采煤的宏观决策提供了参考和依据。
