纳米掺杂SnO2粉末材料的研究

摘    要:研究了纳米掺杂氧化物SnO2对AgSnO2触头材料性能的影响。采用溶胶-凝胶法制备SnO2与各种掺杂氧化物(包括TiO2、ZnO、Sb2O3、CuO)的混合粉末。粉末的X射线分析(XRD)、透射电镜分析(TEM)表明:所得粉末为纳米级,且掺杂物离子能很好地进入到SnO2的品格中;对粉末进行的各项物理性能测试表明:SnO2粉末的性能,尤其是电性能有了明显的改善,这对后续制造新型的AgSnO2触头材料有重要意义。

Abstract:In the present study, the influence of adding nanometer powder of metal oxide on contact material has been investigated. The composite powders of tin oxide and other metal oxide, namely TiO 2?ZnO?Sb 2O 3 and CuO have been prepared by sol-gel method. By XDR and TEP analysis, the powders are of nanosize, and the doping ion of the adding oxide can perfectly enter the crystal lattice of tin oxide. Various physical performance tests indicate that the physical properties of the doped SnO 2, especially the electric properties, are remarkably improved. The results are of significant importance to make new-type AgSnO 2 electric contact materials.
