乙二醛/尿素树脂的合成及改善瓦楞原纸抗水性能

摘    要:以乙二醛和尿素为原料,制得高固含量的环保性型乙二醛/尿素树脂(GU)。对聚合物的结构和黏度进行表征,并探讨乙二醛与尿素的摩尔比、施胶液的配比、施胶浓度和施胶量对瓦楞原纸强度性能和抗水性能的影响。实验表明,当氧化淀粉与GU树脂的配比为90:10,施胶浓度为6%,施胶量为5%时,瓦楞原纸的环压指数、吸湿后环压强度保留率和裂断长分别提高了215.23%、65.89%和112.15%。瓦楞原纸的质量由D级提高到A级。

Abstract:With glyoxal and urea as raw materials, GU resin with the characteristic of high solid content and environment-friendly was prepared. The structure and viscosity were characterized.
