| 摘 要： | 目的观察头针配合体针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将78例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组45例和对照组33例。治疗组采用头针配合体针治疗,对照组仅采用体针治疗,治疗3个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为68.9%和97.8%,对照组分别为27.3%和81.8%,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论头针配合体针治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效优于单纯体针治疗,并能显著缩短治疗时间。
