| 摘 要： | 目的观察补阳还五汤加味治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床疗效。方法将92例中风后遗症患者随机分为治疗组（47例）和对照组（45例）;两组均给予西医常规治疗,治疗组同时给予补阳还五汤加味治疗。观察两组临床疗效和神经功能缺损评分（NDS）变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.6%,对照组为77.8%,两者有显著性差异（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后NDS较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）,且治疗后两组NDS有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论补阳还五汤加味治疗气虚血瘀型中风后遗症的临床疗效确切。
