流动人口艾滋病防治KAP现状调查

目的了解南充市顺庆区流动人口艾滋病知识知晓情况，以及对待艾滋病的相关行为和态度，为进一步制定健康教育策略提供依据。方法随机抽取711名在南充市顺庆区生活3个月以上。年龄在15～49岁的流动人口，采用问卷调查的方法了解他们的艾滋病知识、态度和行为。结果调查人群总知晓率为45．5％，男性知晓率为48．3％，女性知晓率为43．3％，差异有统计学意义（X^2=15．9，P=0．000）。结论流动人口对艾滋病防治知识的了解程度，因人群特征不同而异，应针对目标人群，加大预防艾滋病知识点的针对性和细节性宣传，建立风险意识；加大推广使用安全套的宣传力度，全面普及艾滋病防治知识。

Investigation on Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior About AIDS Among Transient Population

Objective To know the level of knowledge, attitude and behavior related to AIDS among transient population in ShunQing District, Nanchong City so as to provide evidence for conducting intervention. Method A total of 711 transient population aged 15 -49 and had worked more than 3 months in Shunging District were investigated by questionnaire. Result Among the interviewees , the total rate of understanding AIDS was 45.5%, but there were statistical differences befween men（48. 3% ） and women （43.3%） 15.9, P = 0. 000）. Conclusion The AIDS knowledge level of inrestigated transient population varies about （ X^2 = among different groups. It＇s necessary to increase their AIDS knowledge level and awareness of risk. The health edueation should be strengthened in all-round way and in accordance with their characteristics.
