| Abstract: | According to the emperor Taizong＇ s problems of governing the country, and ten of Weizheng＇ s important suggestions such as Juansiwei, Jiesheyijian etc. , are analyzed, the ruling idedogies of Weizheng are concluded in three aspects of responsibility consciousness,Juansiwei and justice. |
