| Abstract: | The paper is perspective of "Contractual Man " hypothesis of transaction costs theory of The New Institutional Economics. It mainly discusses the basic characteristics of "Contractual Man " and study of the relationship between "Contractual Man " and transaction costs. It also analyzes the ethics and moral functions in reducing transaction costs in pre - transaction, transaction and post - transaction periods. |
