| 摘 要： | 自1998年我国实行住房改革以来，房地产业已经逐渐成长为拉动中国经济增长的龙头产业，同时房地产过热问题也一直是社会关注的焦点问题。本文主要运用模糊模式识别理论，对福建省、厦门和福州市的房地产状况展开分析。分析表明，福建省房地产市场正处于积极发展时期，但是厦门房地产市场出现过热的现象，有必要采取相应的措施来保持市场的理性和稳定，最后还对控制房地产过热问题提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | Ever since our housing reform in 1998,real estate industry has gradually become a major industry pulling the development of Chinese economy and the overheat problems of the real estate industry has becoming a social issue.This paper mainly applies fuzzy pattern recognition theory to the analysis of the real estate market of Fujian province,Xiamen city and Fuzhou city.Positive analysis shows that the real estate market of Fujian province is in the stage of active development,while that of Xiamen city shows an overheat phenomenon.Measures should be taken to keep the rationality and stability of the market.Finally we put forth some suggestions to control the overheat problem of the real estate market. |
