| 摘 要： | 眼球摘除术后，眶内容积丧失６ ～７ｍｌ，久之可引起眼球摘除后综合征，乃至义眼不能配戴或向下滑脱。在儿童还会影响眼眶及同侧颜面的发育。为了克服这种畸形，应在眼球摘除同时向肌圆锥内放置植入物，该植入物应具备重量轻，不吸收，组织相容性好，无排斥反应特性。羟基磷灰石与生物活性玻璃制作义眼台具有这一特性，临床应用效果好，且价格较低廉，易为患者接受。

| Abstract: | After eyeball excising, the volume of eye socket loses 6 to 7ml, after a long time, it causes eyeball excising syndrome and artificial eye can not dexorate or even fall off. During childhood it can affect the eye socket and face dystrophy in same side. In order to overcome this deformity, during eyeball excising operation an non-absorbable implant material with good histocompatibility and no rejection should be laid into the muscle cone. The artificial eye seat made from hydro xyaptite and bioactive glass meets for this property with good clinical result and the price is cheap easily acceptable for the patients. |
