| 摘 要： | 采用双层辉光离子渗金属技术在２０钢、工业纯铁、１８－８不锈钢３种材料表面进行表面合金化。结果表明：可以在３种材料表面获得成分类似于镍基合金Ｉｎｃｏｎｅｌ６２５及与Ｉｎｃｏｎｅｌ６２５不同的表面合金渗层。并对渗层成分控制、组织结构和耐蚀性进行研究。

| Abstract: | The double glow plasma surface alloying using nickel base alloy Inconel 625 on the 0.20% C steel, commercial pure iron and 18-8 stainless steel has been carried out. The results show that compositions of surface alloying layer which was similar or different to the alloy Inconel 625 were obtained. And the composition control, the microstructure and the corrosion resistance of the alloying layer have been studied. |
