中专生自尊心理与心理健康状况关系调查分析

目的：探讨中专学生自尊与心理健康问题的关系。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）、自尊量表（SES）和家庭一般情况问卷，分析心理健康问题与自尊心理的相关性。结果：中专学生SCL-90因子得分高于常模，52．93％的学生有轻度心理问题，14．25％的学生有中度以上心理问题，自尊水平与SCL-90因子中6项因子存在着负相关并显著。结论：中专学生心理健康水平与自尊有显著相关性，注重培养中专生健康的自尊心理避免心理问题发生。

A Study on Relationship between Self-esteem and the Mental Health of Health School Students

Objective： To explore related state between serf-esteem and the mental health of health school students. Method： The students were investigated with the the Symptom Cheeklisk 90 （SCL-90） Questionnaire , Self-esteem Scale （SES） and General Information Questionnaire. Results： The survey showed that the score of mental factors from SCL-90 among the students was higher than normal Chinese models, 52. 93% students showed low-grade psychological problems; 14. 25% students suffered from psychological problems at average lever or even above. And there were subtraetive correlation between self-esteem and 6 factor scores in SCL-90, there was significantly correlate. Conclusion： Serf-esteem of the teener students is significantly correlated with mental health, more attention must be paid to the self-esteem of the teener students.
