无余量三通阀体消失模发泡模具设计

摘    要:分析了无加工余量的三通阀体铸件的结构特点,介绍了将此模片整体成型的消失模发泡模具的设计要点。由于采用3个导轨式抽芯模块同时运动,使得发泡模片整体成型,无需粘接。通过对产品结构的分析,还采取了多项有针对性的措施,不断优化模具结构。目前该模具已投入使用,且结构合理,动作可靠,产品品质达到设计要求,能够满足发泡模片的批量生产,浇注后的铸件表面品质和尺寸精度符合客户验收标准。

Abstract:The key points of designing the lost foam mould for non-machining cross valve were described based on its structure characteristics. The pattern could be molded in whole without gluing on the device of three core-pulling with guide bars. Meanwhile, improved measures were conducted to further optimize the structure of the lost foam mould. The practical application shows that the mould can meet the requirements of production-volume.
