摘    要:铝电解电流效率取决于电解槽的操作参数和设计参数。降低电流效率的一个重要原因,是由于溶解在电解质中的铝和阳极气体发生了二次反应。本文通过研究两种流体界面的二维传质,得出了与流体动力学参数有关的电流效率数学模型。此模型比较适用,其中有关的参数易于测定。

Abstract:Current efficiency of aluminum electrolysis depends on many operating anddesign parameters in the electrolytic cells. One of the important reasons for thedecrease of curren tefficiency is the back reaction between aluminium diffused or dis-solved in the electrolyte and carbon dioxide from anode. This paper has studiedthe mass transfer at two fluid interface in two directions and given a mathematicalmodel of current efficiency with hydrodynamic parameters. The model is easy tomeasure and use.
