摘    要:目的:以野生沙葱种子经超临界二氧化碳萃取脱脂后的滤渣为材料,利用响应面法优化超声波提取沙葱籽多糖工艺。方法:在单因素试验的基础上,以水料比、提取温度、提取时间为影响因素,应用Box-Behnken中心组合方法进行三因素三水平试验,以多糖得率为响应值,进行响应面分析。结果:沙葱籽多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为水料比48.0:1(mL/g)、提取温度73.1℃、提取时间1.6h、超声波功率300W、提取次数2次,沙葱籽多糖得率预测值为7.59%,验证值为7.47%,与预测值的相对误差为1.58%。结论:超声波法提取沙葱籽多糖能大大缩短提取时间,且方法简便、准确、高效。
