氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼术后镇痛效果的临床观察

目的探讨氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼的术后镇痛效果。方法选自2012年1月—2012年12月进入到该院进行手术的患者102例,将这102例患者随机分成两组,每组51例患者,分别命名为观察组和对照组。对观察组51例患者在手术后采取氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼进行镇痛,对对照组患者在手术后不进行相应的镇痛措施,观察两组患者手术后的疼痛情况。结果在患者术后的12 h,24 h,36 h和48 h内,观察组患者的疼痛程度明显的低于对照组。观察组不良反应发生率为1.9%。睡眠质量良好率为96.1%。对照组不良反应发生率为5.9%。睡眠质量良好率为78.4%。两组患者不良反应率及其睡眠质量良好率有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼术后镇痛效果显著,值得临床推广。

Clinical Observation on the Postoperative Analgesic Effect of Flurbiprofen Axetil Combined with Fentanyl

Objective To investigate the postoperative analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl. Methods 102 cases of patients underwent surgery in our hospital from January, 2012 to December, 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, with 51 cases in each. The observation group were given flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl for postoperative analgesia, and the control group were not given any postoperative analgesic measures. The pain level of two groups of patients was observed. Results The pain level of the observation group 12 h, 24 h, 36 h and 48 h after the operation was significantly lower than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 1.9%, the good rate of sleep quality was 96.1%, while that of the control group was 5.9% and 78.4%, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The analgesic effect of flurbiprofen axetil combined with fentanyl is remarkable, which is worthy of promotion.
