急性脑血管病下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能的改变

目的：探讨急性脑血管病与下丘脑－垂体－性腺轴的相互关系。方法：采用放射免疫法测定３０例脑出血患者，３２例脑梗塞患者及３０名正常对照的血清黄体生成素（ＬＨ）、促卵泡刺激素（ＦＳＨ）、睾酮（Ｔ）、雌二醇（Ｅ２）的含量。结果：脑出血组男性Ｔ明显降低，女性Ｔ明显升高，脑梗塞组男性Ｔ明显降低，女性Ｅ２明显降低，与对照组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。两组的男性Ｅ２／Ｔ值较对照组显著高珩梗塞组（Ｐ〈０．０

Functional changes of hypothalamus-pituitary-gonadal axial in acute cerebrovascular disease

Objective:WT5BZ]To explore the relationship between acute cerebrovascular diseases and hypothalamus-pituitary- gonadal axial function.WT5HZ]Methods:WT5BZ]By the method of radioimmunoassay(RIA),the serum levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),folliclestimulating hormone(FSH),testis(T) and estrogen(E 2) were determined in 30 patients with cerebral bleeding,32 patients with cerebral infarction and 30 normal controls.WT5HZ]Results:WT5BZ]The serum levels of T were significantly reduced in male patients with cerebral bleeding( P <0.05),whereas in female patients with cerebral bleeding,the serum levels of T significantly rose( P <0.05).The serum levels of T were significantly reduced in male patients with cerebral infarction ( P <0.05),and the female patients with cerebral infarction E 2 were significantly reduced( P <0.05).The ratio of E 2/T significantly rose ( P <0.05) in two male groups,of which the cerebral bleeding group E 2/T was higher than the cerebral infarction group.The ratio of E 2/T in female patients was lower than controls.The serum levels of T in female group of cerebral bleeding were significantly higher than female patients with cerebral infarction,while in LH levels the former were significantly lower than latter.WT5HZ]Conclusion:WT5BZ]The incretory disorder induced by cerebrovascular diseases is related to sex and the kind of diseases.
