聚丙烯/丁基橡胶共混物的研究

摘    要:为探讨聚丙烯(PP)/丁基橡胶(IIR)共混物用于制造纤维的可行性,用单螺杆挤出机熔融共混的方法制备了聚丙烯(PP)/丁基橡胶(IIR)共混物(其中丁基橡胶与聚丙烯的质量比为5%~20%).研究了共混物的热性能、流变性能、结晶速度、截面形态及纤维的力学性能,探讨了丁基橡胶含量对各项性能的影响.结果表明:在IIR质量为PP质量的10%时,共混物的力学性能比PP的要好;随IIR含量的增加,共混物的屈服强度、拉伸强度呈下降趋势.

Abstract:Blends of polypropylene (PP) and isoprene-isobutylene rubber in which the mass fraction of IIR covered 5%-20% were prepared by using a single screw extruder. The properties of the blends, such as the thermal properties, rheology, crystallization velocity, morphology structure, mechanical properties, were studied. The effects of IIR dosage on these properties were also discussed. Results showed that while PP was blended with IIR, for most of the samples, the mechanic properties decreased, however, for the sample containing 10% IIR, the desired property could be obtained.
