摘    要:为了能自动定时监测裂缝宽度及其变化,避免传统人工裂缝宽度监测方法耗时、耗力且人工读数误差大等缺点,设计了一种基于STC90C54AD与ELIS-1024的混凝土裂缝智能监测系统;采用单片机STC90C54AD作为处理器,利用CMOS图像传感器ELIS-1024对裂缝表面进行成像,通过对图像进行去噪、平滑、边缘识别后提取裂缝信息,进而计算裂缝的宽度;给出了整个系统的设计思路及相应的硬件电路图、图像处理算法等;通过实验验证,该系统稳定可靠、使用方便,精度高达0.004mm;适合用在桥梁、大坝、房屋、道路等混凝土裂缝宽度监测领域。

Abstract:In order to automatically and regularly monitoring changes in fracture width,avoiding the time-consuming,labor-intensive and error reading caused by traditional manual method,designed the concrete fracture intelligent monitoring system based on STC90C54AD and ELIS-1024.Using CMOS image sensor ELIS-1024 of crack surface imaging,MCU STC90C54AD as the processor to denoise,smooth,edge identification and extract the information,then calculate the fracture width.This paper presented the design of the whole system and the corresponding hardware circuit,image processing algorithms.Through experimental verification,the system is reliable,easy to use,and precision is 0.004 millimeter;suitable for use in bridges,dams,housing,roads and other areas of concrete fracture width monitoring.
