摘    要:研究了SiO_2,SiC,B_4C对金属基烧结摩擦材料物理机械性能,特别是摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,同时添加SiO_2,SiC,B_4C作摩擦剂的材料比单独添加SiO_2或SiC,或同时添加SiO_2和SiC的材料综合性能优良。

Abstract:The effects of SiO_2, SiC and B_4C on physical and mechanical properties, especially friction and wear characteristics of Cu-Fe matrix sintered friction materials have been studied. The results show that using SiO_2, SiC, B_4C together as friction modifiers of materials is much better than using SiO_2, SiC respectively or SiO_2, SiC together. The material which contains SiO_2, SiC and B_4C together as friction modifies prosesses excellent synthetic properties.
