温胆汤加减对脑梗死急性期HCY、FIB、CRP的影响

目的 观察温胆汤加减治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果.方法 将患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者根据病情均给予常规的脑梗死治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用温胆汤加减口服,于治疗前及治疗后第15日评价中医证候积分及临床神经功能缺损程度积分,并测定两组治疗前后同型半胱氨酸（HCY）、纤维蛋白原（FIB）、C反应蛋白水平（CRP）.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.00％,明显高于对照组的76.00％ （P＜ 0.05）,且其中医证候积分、神经功能缺损程度评分、FIB、CRP水平较对照组明显降低（P＜0.05）.结论 采用温胆汤加减对改善脑梗死急性期中医证候积分、神经功能缺损、HCY、FIB、CRP水平有明显优势,可明显地提高疗效,改善患者的生存质量.

Effect of Wendan Decoction on Cerebral Infarction in Acute Stage of HCY,FIB and CRP

Objective： To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Wendan Decoction in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： 100 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Two groups of patients according to disease were treated with cerebral infarction treated with conventional treatment. The treatment group was based on the above therapy combined with Wendan Decoction taken orally. Before treatment and the fifteenth days after treatment and the clinical evaluation of TCM syndrome integral the score of neurological defects were determined in two groups before and after treatment of homocysteine,fibrinogen,C reactive protein level. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）, and the TCM syndrome integral, the degree of neurological deficit score ,fibrinogen, C reactive protein level were significantly lower than those of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Wendan Decoction has obvious advantages to improve the level of TCM syndromes of acute cerebral infarction,neural function defect score,homocysteine,fibrinogen and C reactive protein. It can obviously improve the treatment effect of cerebral infarction and the quality of life of patients.
