| Abstract: | The rotary blowout preventer(or rotary control head)is one of the critical wellhead control equipment in the underbalanced drilling. By taking Williams 7100 high pressure rotary blowout preventer as an example, this paper analyzed the key-points when designing its shell assembly, rotation assembly and drilling tools sealing assembly. All these work aims to accelerate the domestic design procedure. |
