在役混凝土梁碳纤维加固试验研究

摘    要:将两根钢筋混凝土梁加载至产生一定裂缝,以模拟在役钢筋混凝土梁的损伤状态。在此基础上,对其中一根梁进行加固处理,加固方案采用的是梁底和梁侧粘贴碳纤维布的方法。然后通过梁的受弯破坏试验,研究了钢筋混凝土梁在采用碳纤维材料加固后,混凝土、钢筋及碳纤维布的应变变化和梁的裂缝、挠度发展情况,综合评价了碳纤维加固方法的效果。同时,通过记录验梁在试验过程中的各种材料应变,绘制了各应变随荷载的变化关系,分析钢筋应变与碳纤维应变变化协同关系,并基于此验证了平截面假定是否成立。最后,按照各规范所提供的设计公式,将规范方法计算值与试验结果进行对比分析,指出加固规范中存在的问题,并分析了原因。
