摘 要: | 通过光学显微镜和透射电镜,研究了不同回火温度对SA533B钢力学性能、组织及析出行为的影响。结果表明,SA533B钢经880~C淬火和680~C回火后综合力学性能最佳,屈服强度、抗拉强度和延伸率分别为635MPa、750MPa和21%,冲击功120J。

Abstract: | The effects of tempering temperature on the mechanical properties, microstructure and precipitation behavior of SA533B steel were investigated by utilizing optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the optimized comprehensive mechanical properties were obtained after quenched at 880℃ and tempered at 680℃, and yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, total elongation and impact energy can reach 635MPa, 750MPa, 21% and 120J. |
