丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床研究

目的观察丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择本院2012年1月²013年11月治疗的急性进展型脑梗死患者124例,随机分为治疗组62例,对照组62例,对照组给予丹参注射液治疗,治疗组给予丁苯酞氯化钠注射液,观察评价2组患者在治疗前、治疗后14 d的神经功能缺损程度的恢复情况、日常生活能力评分等变化。结果治疗组神经功能缺损程度的恢复及日常生活能力的改善与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞氯化钠注射液能有效改善急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损及日常生活能力,无严重不良反应,治疗急性脑梗死安全有效,优于对照组。

Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection for acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection for acute cerebral infraction. Methods A total of 124 patients were chosen from January 2012 to November 2013, and were divided into 2 groups： a Danshen group（62 cases） and a butylphthalide and sodium chloride group（62 cases）. The efficacy, improvement of neurological function and restoration of invalidity before the treatment and 14 d after the treatment were observed. Results In the butylphthalide and sodium chloride group, the efficacy, improvement of neurological function and restoration of invalidity were elevated markedly compared with those in the Danshen group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection can improve the neurological function and restore invalidity, in acute cerebral infarction, which is safe and effective.
