肺炎合剂免疫、抗菌及抗炎作用的实验研究

摘    要:目的观察肺炎合剂对免疫功能的影响以及抗菌、抗炎作用。方法采用碳粒廓清法、血清溶血素测定法、小鼠体内诱导法观察本品对机体特异性和非特异性免疫功能的作用;采用试管稀释法测定其对常见致病菌的最低杀菌浓度(MBC);采用毛细血管通透性法、棉球肉芽肿法观察本品对急慢性炎症的作用。结果肺炎合剂能增强小鼠吞噬功能、升高免疫低下小鼠血清中半数溶血值(HC50)及白细胞总数(WBC)、提高T-淋巴细胞转化率;对金黄色葡萄球菌等致病菌有抗菌作用;能明显抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性增高和棉球肉芽肿形成。结论本品具有增强机体免疫功能、抗菌及抗炎作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of a Chinese medicine "pneumonia mixture"on immunological,antibiotic and anti-inflammatory function in mice.Methods Carbon particles clearance test and serum assessment in vivo of mice were used to observe the effects of this product on the specific and nonspecific immunologic function in mice.The tube dilution method was used to test the MBC(minimum bactericidal concentration) to common pathogens in mice.Capillary permeability and granuloma formation were used to assess acute and chronic inflammatory responses.Results Pneumonia mixture can strengthen phagocytic function in mice.It can improve the serum half-hemolytic content(HC-(50)) and leukocyte count in immunologically incompetent mice.It can also raise T lymphocyte transformation rate.This product has antibacterial effect to pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus.It can reduce capillary permeability and granuloma formation in mice.Conclusion This product has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and can improve immunologic function of organisms.
