| 摘 要： | 本文剖析现行费用定额按企业等级核定费用开支额,测定不同费率、同质工程造价不同的现象,例举国内其他省市的经验,提出贯彻部颁建安工程费用项目组成的精神,尽早推行按工程类别计取管理费是改革建筑市场的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | In consideration of the limitation of present cost norm calculating cost expense, determining different cost ratio according to the enterprise grade. Which causes the different cost in the same project. The paper introduce an experience of other province. There is a suggestion to improve construction market and calculate manage cost according to engineering grade. Which carry out the gist about the cost form of construction and installation engineering published by the Department of construction. |
