| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟安神汤配合针刺治疗女性更年期失眠的临床疗效。方法 60例女性更年期失眠患者随机分为两组。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予自拟安神汤口服,并配合针刺治疗;对照组给予艾司唑仑片口服,两组疗程均为4周。治疗前后进行匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,观察两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);两组治疗后与治疗前比较PSQI指数值明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);治疗组较对照组指数值下降明显,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论自拟安神汤配合针刺治疗女性更年期失眠证效果更佳。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture in treatment of women with menopause insomnia. Method 60 cases of women with menopause insomnia were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group were treated with Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture, and control group were treated with Estazolam tablets oral, treating for 4 weeks. Using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score to mark before and after treatment and to observe the clinical curative effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group compared with control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; PSQI index was significantly lower after treatment in comparison with the previous in both groups, the difference was statistically signif- icant （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;the index value decreased significantly in treatment group compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture in treatment of women with menopause insomnia has bet- ter clinical curative effect. |
