脉氧液对失血性休克动物的治疗作用

摘    要:目的 观察脉氧液对失血性休克动物的治疗作用。方法 采用Wiggere改良法制作休克模型。将40只健康家兔随机分成复方乳酸钠治疗组(A组)和脉氧液复方乳酸钠治疗组(B组)。监测平均动脉压升幅、动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)、血液流变学等主要参数的变化。结果 两组比较,抗休克60min后,B组PaO_2增加值明显高于A组(P<0.01),血小板聚集率显著降低(P<0.05),平均动脉压升幅明显高于A组(P<0.05)。结论 脉氧液对失血性休克有较好的治疗效果,能提高动脉血氧分压,降低全血粘度和血小板聚集率。

Abstract:Objective To study the therapeutic effect of oxygen-enriched fluid in shocked animal. Methods The hemorrhagic shock model with modified Wiggere technic was established in rabbits. Fourty rabbits were devided into two groups. Oxygen-enriched lactic Ringer's solution was infused in group B, and same amount of conventional lactic Ringer's solution in group A. The measurements included mean blood pressure (MAP),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_2), and rheological parameters before bleeding, at 60 min during shock, and 60 min during treatment with fluid infusion. Results An increase in PaO_2 was significantly greater in group B than that in group A at 60 min after fluid treatment, so did an increase in MAP and a decrease of platelet gathering ratio. Conclusion Oxygen-enriched lactic Ringer's solution has a better therapeutic efficacy than conventional fluid in treating hemorrhagic shock,and can increase PaO_2,decrease platelet gathering ratio and blood adhesiveness.
