摘    要:废白土作为油脂加工中脱色吸附后的工业废料,含有20%~40%的植物油脂和白土资源,如果得不到有效的处理利用,会污染环境,浪费资源。研究了废白土复合SBS改性沥青性能及其混合料中的应用。结果表明:废白土在SBS改性沥青中能明显的提高其软化点和老化前后的延度,改善性能较好。5%的废白土对沥青混合料性能变化不大,基质沥青混合料的动稳定度有所提高。

Abstract:Spent bleaching clay (SBC), as the industrial waste of decolorization and absorption process in oil refining, consists of 20 - 40% grease and 60 - 80% clay by mass, which would cause environmental pollution if it could not be disposed effectively. In this paper, SBC compounded SBS modified asphalt and its mixtures were investigated in detail. The results indicat that admixing SBC can improve the performance as- pects of the SBS asphalt mixture such as softening point temperature, ductility before and after RTFOT ageing behavior and have little influence on viscosity. However, there was some sedimentation of clay particles while maintained at high temperature. Performance of mixtures comprising 5% SBC show little difference.
