一站式护理对农村HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响

目的：探讨一站式护理模式对农村HIV/AIDS患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响.方法：选择农村HIV/AIDS患者100例作为对象,将患者随机分为干预组50例和对照组50例,干预组实施一站式护理服务模式,即关爱门诊专职护士进行一站武护理服务模式,从心理、认知、行为等进行全程护理干预,对照组采用一般护理服务模式.比较两组护理措施对患者抗病毒治疗依从性的影响效果.结果：对照组治疗依从性良好占62％,干预组治疗依从性良好占96％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：一站式护理干预能够明显提高农村艾滋病患者抗病毒治疗依从性,对治疗效果有积极影响,降低死病率,提高生活质量.

Effect of one-stop nursing intervention on the antiviral treatment compliance of rural HIV/AIDS patients

objective; To investigate the effect of one-stop nursing style on the antiviral treatment compliance of rural HIV/AIDS patients. Methods. 100 cases of rural HIV/AIDS patients were se- lected as the subjects, who were randomized into the intervention group （n=50） and the control group （n = 50）. Patients in the intervention group received the one-stop nursing service mode, namely the nurse care clinic of one-stop nursing service mode, that is, the whole course nursing in- tervention from psychology, cognition, behavior and so on was carried on to the patients, while pa- tients in the control group adopted the general nursing service mode. And the effect of nursing measures on the antiviral treatment compliance in patients on both groups was compared.. Results. The treatment compliance of 62% patients in the control group were good, while 96% the intervention group were better. There was statistical significance comparing patients patient before after the intervention （P〈0.05）. Conclusion. One-stop nursing intervention can significantly S In and prove the antiviral treatment adherence among the rural AIDS patients. It has a positive effect on the treatment effect, and can reduce mortality rate and improve the life qualities of patients.
