毛叶山桐子油中脂肪酸组成分析

摘    要:以毛叶山桐子毛油为原料,利用容量分析方法测定其酸值、碘值及皂化值。以甲酯化方法对山桐子油进行处理后,用GC-MS法对脂肪酸组成和相对含量进行测定,结果显示其碘值为52.15g·(100g)^-1,皂化值195.39mgKOH·g^-1,主要脂肪酸为反式-9,12-十八碳二烯酸、棕榈酸、棕榈油酸等,反式-9,12-十八碳二烯酸含量最高,达59.54%。

Abstract:Acid value, iodine value and saponification value of crude oil from ldesia polycarpa Maxim. Var.vestita Diels was de-termined by capacity analysis method.And fatty acid composition and relative content were determined and analyzed after methyl esterification by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS). The results showed that oil iodine value was 52.15 g/100g, sa- ponification value was 195.39mgKOH/g, the main fatty acids were trans-9,12-octadecadienoic acid, palmitic acid and palmitoleic acid, and the content oftrans-9,12-octadecadienoic acid was the highest and was up to 59.54%.
