基于大学毕业生低收入群体行为心理的 公租房外部居住环境设计初探 ——以重庆民心佳园为例

随着社会经济的发展,大学毕业生中的低收入群体成为继农民、农民工、下岗职工之后的第四大弱势群体,"蜗居"在城市狭小的空间,居住条件堪忧。因此,大学毕业生低收入群体近年来也成为重庆市公共租赁住房制度的主要保障对象之一。在此背景下,本文分析了该群体的心理需求和行为规律,并从空间开放程度和细部设计的角度探讨了适应该群体需求的居住区外部空间环境的营造问题。

A Preliminary Study on External Living Environment Design of Public Rental Housing Based on Behavior Psychology of Low-income College Graduates --The Case of Minxinjiayuan Residence in Chongqing

After peasantry, peasant-workers and laid-off employees, there emerges the fourth vulnerable group- a group of low-income college graduates, who settle in compact community. They are highly intelligent and vulnerable, living in narrow space. In recent years, they have become the main guarantee objects of public rental housing policy. Under this context, this paper analyzes the psychological demand and behavior rule of the group and explores the design of the external living environment fitting the needs of the group from different openness level and detail design.
