摘    要:探讨B7h在SY5Y中的表达情况,运用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCT)技术从SY5Y获得B7h基因片段,并采用间接免疫荧光标记方法确证靶分子的表达.经琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测证明,成功获得B7h基因片段;经间接免疫荧光标记方法证明,SY5Y中可表达B7h分子.

Abstract:The expression of B7h in SY5Y cells is studied. The technology of RT-PCR is used to acquire B7h genetic fragment from SY5Ycells and the expression of target molecule is further proved through marking method of indirect immuno fluorensese. Through agarose gel electrophoresis, it is found that there is a bright band at ! 052 bp, indicating the existence of B7h genetic fragment. The marking method of indirect immuno fluorensese proves that SY5Y cells can be expressed by B7h.
