门诊骨质疏松常用中成药应用分析

目的了解门诊骨质疏松常用中成药的临床应用情况，以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2012年6月-2013年5月该院骨质疏松常用中成药的销售金额及其构成比、用药频度（DDDs）和科室用药分布情况进行统计分析。结果一年来该院骨质疏松常用中成药使用基本合理，肾阳虚症型骨质疏松中成药销售金额和DDDs均较高，此型中成药在临床大部分科室均有使用。结论中医药在骨质疏松的防治中有着重要地位。医院在用药品种选择上基本能够满足临床需求，同时也需兼顾患者的经济承受能力，注重合理用药，以保障临床用药的安全、有效和经济。

Analysis of utilization of anti-osteoporotics Chinese patent medicine in outpatients of A3 level hospital

Objective To investigate the clinical utilization of anti-osteoporotics Chinese patent medicine in outpa- tients for clinieal reference of rational use of anti-osteoporotics drugs. Methods The anti-osteoporoties Chinese patent medicine used between June 2012 and May 2013 were analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum and its constitu- ent ratio,DDDs and distribution of drug use in different departments, Results Over the past year, anti- osteoporotics Chinese patent medicine were used basically rational. The consumption sum and DDDs of kidney-yang deficiency type were high, which were used in most of clinical departments. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine played an impor- tant role in the prevention and treatment of osteoporotics. The categories of Chinese patent medicines in hospital should meet elinical demand meanwhile taking into eonsideration of patients＂ability to shoulder economically and attaching great importance to rational drug use in an attemot to aehieve safe,effective and economic clinical drug use.
