| 摘 要： | 通过对细长薄壁筒形零件在加工中存在的易变形、易振动、零件尺寸及表面粗糙度不易保证、切削时刀具易磨损等技术难点进行工艺分析,并提前进行工艺准备,确定加工流程,采取一系列工艺措施,从而有效解决了细长薄壁筒形零件的车削加工难题,为后续加工该类产品提供了经验借鉴.

| Abstract: | This report tells about process analysis of technical difficulties for the slender,thin-walled tubular parts which appears easy to have deformation and vibration,the part size and surface roughness can not be ensured during the processing,and the cutters is easy to be weared in course of cutting.The turning difficulties have been resolved effectively using preparing process in advance,determining the process,taking a series of technological measures.It provides experience and reference for the subsequent processing of such products. |
