量子密钥分发系统中的相位调制器特性分析

摘    要:在量子密钥分发系统(QKD)中,LiNbO3波导相位调制器是构成单光子干涉仪的关键器件。文章阐述了LiNbO3相位调制器的相位调制特性、偏振特性及其对量子密钥分发系统的影响,介绍了退火质子交换工艺制备的线性单偏振LiNbO3相位调制器与采用钛内扩散工艺制备的低偏振相关损耗(PDL)LiNbO3相位调制器的性能指标。

Abstract:LiNbO_3 waveguide phase modulators are components of single-photon interferometer in quantum cryptographic key distribution(QKD)system.The effects of the properties of phase modulation and polarization on QKD system are discussed.The parameters of both the linearly single-polarization LiNbO_3 modulator fabricated with annealing proton exchange(APE)technology and the LiNbO_3 modulator with low polarization dependent loss(PDL)property fabricated with Ti internal diffusion technology are presented.
