摘    要:振动拔管夯扩桩采用了内外套管的双管法施工,是一种质量好、施工快、造价省的可靠桩型,夯扩桩机械是在原来无振动拔管桩机的基础上,引用了振动碎石桩的振动拔管工艺,即沉管和夯扩大头用导杆式柴油锤施打,而拔管时采用了液压固定振动锤于桩管上,一边振动一边拔管而成桩.采用了振动拔管工艺后,从根本上解决了现场混凝土灌注桩的桩身质量的通病问题,确保了夯扩桩承载能力的可靠性.在广西南宁等地的应用是成功的。

Abstract:The compacted pile with vibratory pulling pipes adopts a construction method of inner and outer pipes. This is a reliable pile type of good quality, speed construction and less cost. The machinery for compacted pile is manufactured based on the (original) non-vibrating pile-pulling machine and its pipe-pulling technology is introduced from a vibration-crushed pile, namely pile sinking and compacting by a diesel hammer and pile pulling by a fixed hydraulic vibrating hammer(vibrating and pulling performed at the same time). The vibratory pile-pulling technology allows to solve thoroughly the quality problem of a cast-in-place concrete filling pile to ensure reliable bearing capacity of the compacted pile. This construction approach has been successfully used in Nanning region, Guangxi Province.
