以疏肝为主要治法治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效的Meta分析

目的:系统评价以疏肝为主要治法治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效性。方法:检索CNKI、VIP、CBM、WangFang、PubMed等数据库,检索自建库以来至2020年4月30日的所有相关文献,筛选符合纳入标准的文献并选用心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效为效应指标,采用Cochrane协作网所提供的RevMan5.3进行统计分析。结果:心绞痛疗效RR=1.24,95%CI[1.17,1.31],Z=7.36,P<0.00001;心电图疗效RR=1.30,95%CI[1.20,1.42],Z=6.22,P<0.00001。两组均具有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:以疏肝为主要治法治疗冠心病心绞痛具有一定的优势,但因受限于纳入文献的质量,尚需更多高质量的临床研究进一步验证。

Meta Analysis of Efficacy of Treating Angina in Coronary Heart Disease with Shugan as Main Methods

Objective:To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of treating coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with soothing the liver as the main therapy.Methods:Search CNKI,VIP,CBM,WangFang,PubMed and other databases,search all relevant literature from the establishment of the database to April 30,2020,select the literature that meets the inclusion criteria and select the efficacy of angina pectoris and the efficacy of electrocardiogram as the effect indicators.RevMan 5.3 provided by the Cochrane Collaboration for statistical analysis.Results:Angina pectoris curative effect RR=1.24,95%CI[1.17,1.31],Z=7.36,P<0.00001;ECG curative effect RR=1.30,95%CI[1.20,1.42],Z=6.22,P<0.00001.Both groups are statistically significant,and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris with soothing the liver as the main treatment has certain advantages,but due to the limitation of the quality of the included literature,more high-quality clinical studies are needed for further verification.
