病案示踪关键技术比较研究

摘    要:随着循证医学发展和病案调阅频率提高,方便、快捷获取所需病案成为病案管理工作中的重要一个环节.通过引入条形码、二维码和RFID电子标签三种病案示踪技术对病案进行管理,从信息读取能力、信息存储能力以及技术发展现状角度对这三种病案示踪关键技术进行了对比分析,总结了各种病案示踪关键技术的特点,凸显了RFID电子标签技术在上述三个方面优势明显.探讨整合条形码技术或二维码技术与RFID电子标签技术进行管理病案的优势,弥补三种病案示踪关键技术独自管理病案的不足,整合方法更加安全、快捷、有效地提高病案示踪管理工作.

Abstract:As the development of evidence-based medicine and increasing retrial frequency of medical records,to obtain requisite medical record s conveniently and rapidly has become an important link of medical records management work.Three kinds of medical records tracing technology included barcode,two-dimensional code and RFID electronic label were applied in the management of medical records,then conducted a comparatively study on the three kinds of key tracing technology from aspects of reading information capacity,storage information capacity and current development situation,summarized their characters and indicated the obvious superiority of RFID electronic label in the three aspects above mentioned.To investigate and integrate the advantages of RFID electronic label with barcode or two-dimensional code in the management of medical record,compensated the shortage of each technology alone used in medical records control,which could improve the tracing management work of medical records more effectively and rapidly.
